Have you ever wanted to be Julie Andrews or Christoper Plummer, one of the nuns or even the children. Here at Shanklin Studios we are setting up a fun chance to sing those iconic songs to the original film soundtrack. For the first time the original soundtrack has been released as just instrumentals, giving us the opportunity to add our own vocals. This project is just for fun, the recording will NOT be released. So if you can sing we want to hear from you, we will try to cover all the songs from the film, there will be rehearsals and you will also be given the opportunity to practice in your own home with the tracks.

First up I need somebody to sing the Maria part. Apart from the singingthey need to be actively involved with the production, I'm fine with the engineering and recording, but need help with the singing side. If you are already involved with musical theatre on the Island this could be ideal for you. As this is a fun project we have lots of time to complete, Don't worry if you are busy or involved in other musical theatre productions, they will take priority over this project.
